Ordered a pizza and salad was quoted 25 mins, got there in about 20 mins and paid. Was told food would be out any minute and they bagged the salad and placed on counter. After about an hr (getting increasingly annoyed of the dying salad) of waiting and not seeing a cheese pizza going into the oven I asked about the pizza and questioned a refund as I understand it’s busy but there’s no way it would take this long. After an employee apologized and pushed the blame on another worker something about they take there own orders and he wasn’t aware of mine even though he was the first person I talked to upon walking in and asking about picking up and paying. They refunded my card and as a cancellation prize I won a free warm wilted salad. No pizza.. Yay! If you are someone who picks up dinner on the way home from a 10hr day avoid this place like the plague. Stressed and hungry to say the least. I understand issues arise but it’s how you handle them and you lost a possible regular customer.

Delicious! The Buffalo chicken Pizza was a special the night I went. Best one I've had ever. Had a long overdue date night with my wife and was not disappointed!

I figured I’d try this spot out considering I’ve lived in Kingston most of my life and I’ve never been. Also, they seem to have pretty good reviews. I don’t know if when I went it was an off night for the restaurant which shouldn’t really be an excuse for a place that serves food. I placed an order to go and I had to wait when I got there 5-10 minutes. When I first came in there was a pizza sitting on the counter by the register. Apparently that was my pizza because when I got home I realized the pizza was ice cold. The $9 a piece cannolis we ordered were in a bath of watery looking ricotta and soggy. The salad was mediocre at best. I was really hoping it would have been a different experience considering the prices.

We ordered this to go, and it was nice and hot and ready, we started eating it in the car. The dough of this place is very different than anywhere around here, since it’s fresh woodfired and delicious! I feel that there should be basil on the margarita pizza , but if not, no big deal...it was very good the cheese is a fresh and a little salty, makes for some awesome mozzarella! The whole family felt that the chicken Alfredo was very very bland, no seasoning at all ...it tasted like what a kid would order like butter noodles, there was no cheesiness taste :( but it actually looked very good, but it did not taste good, it was very disappointing. The calzone was very good I actually was worried about the marinara being inside but it it is a great balance and very delicious, and it’s flat but still good! The parmigiana pizza seems like it would taste way better if they were to finesse it a little bit the flavors are really great but way too big chunks of tomato way too big chunks of prosciutto they’re nice cut should be way more small and delicate, especially because the pizza crust is so thin that it just becomes a huge soggy mess ....and the only part that really taste good is the outside edge. Also, there should be more cheese than what we received and maybe a little less pesto, because it became again very oily and soggy. I would return here, but specifically for only certain kinds of pizzas and the calzone.
