Hickory catered my wedding at Locust Grove on 5/28/2022. It was a wonderful experience working with them. Steve is incredibly quick to respond to emails. Brie led the team on the day of and set up the space exactly as I asked. The food was delicious. We got many compliments on the brisket and the pig. The severs were also great about making sure my husband and I got to try the passed appetizers. Overall it was a very good experience. My only complaint is that I had to reach out to them on the Wednesday before the wedding to confirm all of the details about setting up the space. I would absolutely recommend Hickory BBQ to friends as a caterer or just a nice place to grab dinner.

Really good food, we had the brisket and "Legendary 48 hour free range chicken" plus Mac&Cheese, Slaw, garlic mashed potatoes. All stellar. Great service, our server Ethan.

D E L I C I O U S doesn't begin to explain how well Steve completes a dish. Fantastic hospitality, fantastic food, fantastic service! Without question will be back! You will not be disappointed.

Although most of what we order was good. The half chicken and the chicken wings were not fully cooked unfortunately. We would have addressed the issue but we had to take some stuff home because the portion are such good sized and didn't realize about the half chicken till later.. after we had left the restaurant. Just to be fair with my rating.. As for the rib tips and macaroni salad, they were absolutely my favorite out of what we ordered. Draft rootbeer was great. Staff was friendly. And atmosphere was laid back.
