The Fairways Apartments

As I pull up the reviews for the fairways I find it very strange to see so many 5 star ratings. I have lived here now for 11 months in months have had a perfect payment history As for a matter of fact I paid early for several months. We've never had a complaint. Strangely enough I get emails from the management office with threatening messages messages that if I do not resign my lease that they will Jack up My rent $400 a month. On top of this they want a 60 day notice before you move out . It is very difficult to give a 60 day notice that you'll be moving out as everyone as everyone starts looking for a new place the last 2 months of their lease. On top of this they also want 3 to $4000 after cash because you're moving out You have got to be kidding me who does this the people these people do whatever they want And try to trap you into paying them thousands of dollars dollars because you want to move somewhere else like buy your own home. I would look elsewhere For anyone Who wants to live Hassle free.

Photos on website must be from 40 years ago. Bad smell went entering apartment we toured. No central air or washer dryer as advertised. Old air conditioner in one window. Kitchen, old dark, tiny and depressing. Broken cement stairs going down to apartment and white paint splattered on the blue entrance door to the building. Tiny closets and very old worn out rugs.

The most friendly office staff, and move-in was a smooth transition. Maintenance seems to move fast, and very efficient. The storage units for rent are an added plus that we are thankful for. I do however wish there was a downtime policy in place and if there is, that it is enforced. My young children and I are often woken out of sleep in the early morning hours of 2-3am, when that activity shouldn’t be taking place at that time. Courtesy of others is always a plus.

Chartwell and region director Mrs Young could care less about my son and ex-wife x wife's quality of living and absolutely care more about filling this place with Fed and State assistance scum. And let me be clear, it's not the Fed or Stated assistance, it's that they don't care about screening out the trash. It was hard to get a place here for them 10 years ago. Now, there's good families leaving every chance they can and the worst of the worst moving in. Sadly I don't have a say, but I can post what I see and know after each weekend I visit w my son. Ground floor apt with people partying, drinking and dealing drugs right outside ground floor apt windows. Management doesn't even keep the ten feet deep of grass going the length of the building, between the cars and building clear of people. There's acres of grass and hanging outside the apt windows is acceptable.
