The best market in the Winston-Salem area. This is a year-round market whose vendors can only sell what they make or grow, and who also must use organic practices. The layout is comfortable and the vendors are more than friendly and, most importantly, helpful. There is a wide variety of produce, meat, dairy, and spices. There are also food vendors where you can get a cold drink, coffee, and breakfast items. On many a Saturday morning there is someone performing live music. The market also accepts EBT and WIC benefits, and it is able to double some of those dollars. The Cobblestone Farmers Market is not only an essential source of good food, but also a cultural experience.

Great market! Parking nearby, so you can easily walk right over to the market. I appreciated the variety. In addition to standard farmers market fare (eggs, bread, veggies, local meat & cheese) they also have a wide variety of mushrooms, locally grown and milled heritage flours & cornmeal, raw pet milk and creative snacks and herbs/spice mixes made locally. Coffee & teas made fresh as well!
