If you are in the market for a vehicle, consider using Danvers Ford. I ordered a beautiful Maverick from them and finally took delivery of it. I have nothing but good things to say about them. And that is coming from someone who doesn’t trust dealerships easily. From start to finish they treated me fairly and honestly. No surprises at the end, they honored MSRP, first responder discount, incentives at the time of my order, and further special pricing. No need to haggle. My saleswoman Michelle was very friendly and professional throughout. The sales manager Mark is a very genuine fair person. No need to worry about getting taken advantage of by them. Other dealers are hitting customers with surprise dealer add ons not approved by the customer and market adjustments. Danvers Ford does not put any unapproved add ons on and does seem to put small market adjustments on vehicles on the lot. It is common practice. They truly are honest people. I’m trying to think of something I wasn’t pleased with. I guess my only complaint is that I asked for their lettering to not get put on it and they did anyway. They offered to remove it. They’ve earned a customer for life. If you’re in the market for a Ford, head on in to Danvers Ford!

Had a fine experience with this Dealer and Michael Tisei in sales. Went in and had an order ready to go - Michael assisted every step of the way and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure when the truck finally came in to add any additional service plans or coverages. I knew the price I was going to pay in advance and nothing changed - no markups, no hidden fees - exactly what was expected. Highly recommend this dealership and Michael.

I have been doing business with Danvers Ford for many years. Kevin has always been more than fair with me during the sales experience and Larry is great managing service. His service manager Scott is terrific…..very knowledgeable and always personable. The sales person that handled the details after I decided to purchase my latest car, Fredo, was great. Very friendly, patient with all my questions! Told me multiple times to call him if I had any questions at all. He also followed up with me after I had the car for a few days. Everyone I have interacted with there has been wonderful. I have no desire to go anywhere else for sales or service!
