Great Couples Massage Although we had to wait a few minutes and switch message therapists it was an overall great experience. I enjoyed the hot tea and the aroma therapy offered. The therapists knew how to relax us bothered during our couples massage. The wait was definitely worth it!

I have not had the spa service yet and im extremely upset with their service. I live in downtown Winston Salem and saw Ma'ati Spa come up on my Groupn Feed as a Spa thats close by. I get massages very often, so what the heck plus they are literally up the street, good reviews & Groupon Deal! I called 6 times to schedule a service but bcause i had a Groupon i could not use any of their alternative ways to schedule an appt, had to speak directly with someone. I never recieved a return call; however, on the 6th day i called i reach a representative. Because i have a Groupon, I was not able to schedule a spa service until the end of Aug 2019... umh... Aug ... 3 months. The reason I was given is because Ma'ati Spa has "normal" clients who get routine services and other ppl who pay $10 more to get a date that is sooner than a person who has a Groupon. They added, Ma'ati Spa ONLY HAS FEW SLOTS AVAILABLE FOR GROUPON PATRONS.... WOW!!! I was stunned... felt ripped off. It appears these ppl are more important to Ma'ati Spa than ppl who pay a discount thru Groupon. Mind you Ma'ati Spa made a choice to advertise thru Groupon AND this lengthy timeframe is not outlined on the Groupon website. So, i need to pay $10 additional dollars on top of the Groupon in order to get a massage sooner ... I was told that i could give the Groupon away as a gift.... The entire telephone conversation and scheduling policy and 3 months to wait is not favorable. I tend to give additional opportunities but because my experience has been unreal so far, im really doubting the legitimacy of Ma'ati Spa with them advertisement thru Groupon.. scam. * i didnt receive a return call the first 5 days i called * literally being told because i purchased a Groupon i would NOT be treated as their "normal" clients * waiting 3 months to get a massage * being told if i spend more $ i could get an appt sooner 🤨🤔 I recd a response as outline in the attached photo. Star rating is still 1 Star and she confirmed everything i said. Still feel a scam and bad business practice. Nothing Changed.

My husband and I went for our 5 year anniversary for a couples massage. They had to push back our appointment time 30 minutes after it was scheduled but gave an advance notice. They stated we would be given hot towels as a result. The staff was very nice and professional and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The masseuse gave great attention to the areas specified. We didn’t get the hot towels however, we did get an aromatherapy steamed facial which was nice. Note that parking isn’t great in the area.

Booked a couples massage for me and my boyfriend and it was AMAZING! We get massages all the time and this was one of our best experiences. The staff was wonderful and we got an appointment the same day we called to book. I literally have nothing negative to say about them, everything was perfect and they really made our Valentine’s Day weekend special. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for being so awesome. I wish I could remember their names (I’m awful with names) but he had dreads and the woman had curly hair. You both are fantastic!!!
