I took my sister to get her nails done with me at Spa Nails last week. I asked for the design in the picture I included, my sister got the exact same design. Her nails were a little longer and we both got coffin shape. Obviously going to be a little more expensive. I left paying $120 dollars for two sets of nails when the first time I came I paid $40 for myself and $50 for hers. I guess they just decided since it’s tax time they need to charge people ridiculous amounts. I had three fingers get cut due to the excessive filing of my skin, not my nails. The NEXT DAY. This is what my nails looked like. The paint was peeling off. My sisters nails peeled off. We ended up having to remove the rest of the paint and just painted our nails ourselves. The first time we came here we were pretty satisfied. However I asked for all green nails with one glitter nail for Christmas. I stopped my nail tech because she painted the glitter nail green too and I didn’t want green under the glitter. Instead of just removing the green she refused to do what I asked her to and just covered it anyway and here I am paying full price for something I didn’t want. My main takeaway here is; if you’re offering a service do what your client wants if you want to get paid for the service. Do quality work because I did not pay $120 for some paint to last one single day on my fingernails. $120. For this. Unacceptable. I won’t go back to this salon for the simple fact that I paid $90 for two sets and they bumped the price for the exact same thing nearly two months later simply because it’s tax season.

I don’t like saying anything negative about anyone, but I really don’t recommend this place at least not for acrylics. My friend and I went and they did my friends in 30 minutes rushing wouldn’t make them shorter when asked painted them wrong. With mine she filed a cut into my finger. Missed parts of the nail with paint some are uneven and bulky. And she laughed when my fingers were hurting under the heated light. It was super hot and melted a nail slightly. I would not recommend for acrylics.

I would give them no star at all, went there yesterday my first time went to get a fresh new set, not sure of the lady name she started soaking my nails off when she thought she WAS done she than put tips on which was 2x2xs the size if my finger not to mention i told her there where still nails that wasnt soaked off she still tried to do my nails anyway so i told her stop and left. NEVER WILL GO BACK THERE AGAGIN
