The 2 stars are for the providers. Otherwise, my experience with anyone leading up to any appointments/procedures has been awful. They will charge you late cancellation fees after you tried to get in touch with them during normal business hours to respectfully cancel a procedure with enough notice but the call center failed to notify the surgical coordinator so it was apparently my fault and got penalized. No one will give you the billing office info so you go into the office to get it resolved and the front desk staff apparently has it all taken care of but am still getting statements over a month later. These people just lie straight to your face and pretend they are doing things for you when they aren’t. Sorry!

Every time I call I have been on hold for 20-30 minutes!!! Also I was there this morning and a couple came in and didn’t have a mask, they asked for one and were told if they didn’t have a mask they need to reschedule. They probably waited several weeks or months for this appointment and were told to reschedule. Called a week ago to have my script sent to a different pharmacy. Script was not sent and no call back.

The staff was incredibly unfriendly. I was rescheduled multiple times. I finally had my appointment in the office it felt rushed. It took a month to hear back from the surgical scheduler’s. I spoke to two different individuals and both were absurdly incompetent and down right rude. They could not have gotten me off the phone any faster. I asked to speak with the practice manager and to date I have yet to hear from such person. I have canceled all future appointments and procedures with this office due to the horrible medical behavior I have witnessed. I would never recommend this practice to my worst enemy. NH Gastro in Bedford, NH is EXCELLENT! Beware of this practice! I wish I had read these reviews before I ever remotely put my life in their hands!

So far so good. The team has been friendly and helpful for the most part. If you're 45 or older and due for your colonoscopy, you should give this team a call and they'll get you scheduled. Make sure to ask what you need for prep while you're in the office. They might have some samples. Happy health.
