Went to the Rose Garden (2/27) for dinner and they had no heat, it felt like it was about 45 degrees. It was cold even with a coat and gloves on. The Orange Chicken was all fried and very little chicken. Waitress said that it was cold outside, yes it was 30 degrees and told us to wear our winter jackets. It was relatively packed (8 tables + full bar seating) so I believe they are going out of business. Some people just left after sitting down, unfortunately we did not.

Good place to have Chinese and Japanese food. Sushi was good, hot and sour, and misho soups are very good.

Super super Awesome

Pretty good food but- not enough rice- plus every order of rice is an extra charge. Asked for a recommendation for a white rice order needed for 8 people and was told that one larger order would be enough- but this was a small portion. I found their prices expensive- especially in light of the fact that you pay extra for rice. Disappointed.
