I was approached by Juan while I was outside and he asked if I was experiencing any issues with mice in my area, since a few of my neighbors were. I have been so he talked me through the services they provided and offered a incentive since they would be in the area the next day. Summer showed up the next day and was wonderful and explained what she was doing and also scheduled a 30 day visit because I was having such a problem with mice. While Juan was here was talked about mosquito services since I was using a another company. he beat what I was paying for service, so I switched over.

It was great to meet Bill and the service was excellent. Bill went over with me in detail on the service that will be done and how it benefits the house. He answered all my questions meticulously and he went over and thoroughly checked and applied the insecticide in all the major places where bugs/insects/pests might enter. It was great to meet Bill and the service is great! He also went over the service and commitment provided by Rove and I am happy to have found Rove!!!

It really depends on the type of treatment that you're having done. Some require your pets and children to stay away from an area for a period of time while other treatments might not have any requirements for your children or pets. Talk with the technician that shows up as he will be able to answer any questions you would have for him.
Sure. You can go to your local store that sells such pest control products or pick up a few traps and try to implement those in order to get rid of pests. The only issue is the improper treatment methods that could be used that may result in you not eliminating any pests or possibly injuring yourself or a child in your home.
It will depend on the company, but some have access to products that are both safe for contact and consumption or products that may require the area being serviced to be evacuated for a period of time. This will be determined based on the location and severity of the pest infestation. You can also consult with the pest control specialist that shows up the ensure what type of product(s) that will be used for that treatment.
Not for exterior treatments but sometimes interior treatments are required so you should either be home for that or work with that company to ensure that have access to your interior while your away.
It will all depend on the type of pest being treated for, the population of that pest, and the frequency at which you receive your treatments. Having more treatments done will help with any guarantees compared to having a treatment done once or twice a year.
That is a great question. We typically tell people to plan 20-30 minutes for the service, but it depends on variables such as size of home, type of landscaping, customer questions, and what a technician finds during the course of the service. It could go as quick as 10-15 minutes or may take 30-45 minutes. Progress with populations is the key, so even on the same property, there will be ebbs and flows with the service time from season to season. If additional service is needed, we are happy to return to address persisting issues.
