Horrible ; the manager sal would not accept a gently used return sunscreen even though it was gently used and was in the allotted time frame to return it. He was rude and couldn’t clarify exactly why it couldn’t be returned for my refund. Sephora needs better leadership in this location

Had my birthday gift without purchase today , didn’t feel welcomed , very cold service, i stand there saw how she and other staffs treat the buyers they took out the gifts to show them the option they have . But when it was my turn the black staff who wear pink eye shadow with arrogant Blick said it was there which means she won’t tell me just let me see by myself . Wow ! That was her service and how she treat people !? So if you buy she showed you warm face if you not buy then changing other one . She need to learn how to getting better the service! What is Service mean . Not only focus on money ! Customer should treat same !

I had the greatest experience shopping in this particular location, everyone was awesome especially Esmeralda, and my cashier girl. I even got a free gift, for signing up, I will definitely visit this location again. To the owner, I want to say you have a great staff working for you.
