When I went there today the register person with black hair (likely of asian trait, I am Asian too so don’t accuse me of anything) who is second to the most right is so rude. First asked if I am a member I said yes she asked me to type the phone number on the pad I did then she said I am not a member. Okay fine I can check out without getting points. She then asked if I need a bag I said no then she rolled her eyes at me and pretending she did not understand what I am saying. Throw the receipt at me after I paid. Didn’t say hello or thank you or anything while checking out, making me super uncomfortable and left me wondering why I would spend money there just to have this horrible experience. You guys need staff training or you probably shouldn’t hire someone that just keep giving attitudes to the customers. She was paid to be there, very bad experience wouldn’t come back again

It's alright. I wish you guys had samples again because there are amazing perfumes I was planning on buying, but everyones body and environment are different. One fragrance could last over 2 hours on some and 30 minutes on me. And if I had a sample, I could let my sister and mom smell so I could determine if they liked it to buy the full bottle for them as a gift. You guys are just losong out on money and customer satisfaction. Maybe limit it to 2 samples if you are worried customers abused it or have some sort of barcode tied to each person and only people with accounts could get samples and limit it to 2 per month or something. Just please bring it back.
