The garage door operator suddenly stopped working. The technician got there before I could and repaired it. I mean he truly repaired it! He examined it and discovered a broken solder joint on one of the printed circuit boards and he resoldered it! I imagine there are a lot of techs at other companies out there that would have just said, "Sorry man, it's probably cheaper to just get a new operator," but not this guy! He brought years of experience and a sense of urgency to the problem and got the door fixed FAST and I didn't have to wait for a new, expensive pcb or pay for a new operator. That level of service just blew me away! Thanks Ron!
