I cannot shout how grateful I am for the help and service NBDC provided me as I built-out my business plan!!! Frankly, I kept on waiting for an invoice or some "small print" to end up coming, but it never did. The fact that this is a FREE SERVICE is simply awe-inspiring. I should also note, not only did they help my as I was building my plan, they continue to help me even after I received SBA loan approval. Hi Ruthy, We are sorry to hear that your account has been blocked. Unfortunately this is not something that we consult on. There are a number of reasons that the USDA may have used to block your account. I believe that your best recourse is to contact the vendor that set you up to receive payments from an EBT card. They should have some answers for you, or be able to direct you. The contractor in charge of EBT cards in NE is Fidelity Information Services, LLC (FIS). From searching on the Web their customer service number is 718-782-2823. I hope that helps.
