I have never had to deal with such a horrible company before, the staff are nice enough, but that is not where their issues arise: It's the owner. I will list all the problems that I have had with Wilmington Masonry in a short amount of time: - They overcharged me for product - Damaged my truck when picking up sand and dust - Charged me twice the set fee for delivery - Then proceeded to deliver the wrong stone, but charged me for the right one - They charge you $25 if your stone comes with a pallet, claiming that its some special kind of pallet. It's not. Its wood and recycled, and no one else charges for pallets when you're already paying a thousand dollars for stone - They don't know the name of their own products, and it was not until I looked on my receipt that I was able to know the name of the stone I bought - The owner told me I owed them money for stone, and when I asked him why, he gave same bull answer. But, I told him I did not, as it was all paid for. Then when the owner said he was going to get the receipt to show that I owed money, turns out I didn't, and he was wrong. Yet, somehow it was still my fault? - Took them 35 minutes to help me when I was there - He will tell you to call the office, then when you do no one is there. They just don't want to deal with you. - The guy that runs the place is extremely rude and arrogant, and if you ask him a question about the products he sells, he will respond with "I don't know everything" and then brush you off and walk away or he will just ignore you all together - They have to "special order" everything, have very little in stock (Do yourself a favor, and go to Georgetown Building Supply, everything that Wilmington masonry had to order, and wait a week for, Georgetown had in stock and ready for pickup that second) You would think that the list stops there, but it doesn't. I refuse to dedicate this much time to this company again, and the only reason I leave this review now is so other people do not have to go through what they put me through. If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I cannot. Best of luck if you decide to deal with Wilmington Masonry, you're gonna need it.
