I’ve been using their pick-up service for several years now. Incredible every single time. I was never disappointed in their work. Extremely organized, perfectly folded and separated by colored paper “bands”, and they smell great as well. They accept Venmo for payment. The owner was usually the one to pick up my laundry and he was friendly and personable and I developed a good relationship with him over the years. I’m sadly moving now, but if I could I would still patronize this establishment.

Jay is quite often misunderstood by many. I wanted to say Jay is very respectful and cares about the well being of everyone that enters the bussiness. If you follow the rules of the business, you shouldn’t have an issue. My wife went to do laundry and a homeless person followed my wife and Jay intervened. My wife is safe because of Jay. My wife and I always walk together now especially with the rising crime in NY. Thanks Jay

Hello, sir. I Leave the star alone because I didn't want to Repeat all the same. Customer service is terrible. Some machines smell bad. only one person working and that makes the waiting for help quite long. There's no hot water just cold water. Etc etc.

Ive been a costumer in this laundromat for around 4 years now. Ive moved but still come to this place for the great service. I come in to do my laundry everyeek and sometimes do drop offs when I get busy. The staff they have now is professional and so kind. Today i opened my dropped off clothes and they came so organized and smelled great, cannot recommend this enough!
