A delightful experience for kids, playing in water sprinklers and then climbing & sliding. Rope pyramid us huge and well designed. Walk all around is beautiful and greenery rich.

Love ponderosa park. Well kept, clean and safe. Ice cream truck on site all the time. Picnic tables and tennis courts in site.

Fun place in neighborhood glad it’s not more houses. This address was last a large farm not long ago with farm animals. Most of farm now new houses next to park. Unfortunately neighborhood slowly getting replaced with more huge houses with smaller lots when allowed by town.

We were there from 10-11 today...no sprinklers and it was SO hot 😒. Someone called the County and they were simply told “No water today” 🤷🏻‍♀️

Is there a place in this park to allow your dog off leash?

There is a path towards the back of the park in the middle of an open field where you could possibly let your dog off the leash but there are usually a lot of people so I wouldn't recommend it. There is no dog park area.

Yes the spray parks are open on weekends only till June 20, June 21st marks the opening of spray park daily.

Has anyone had a birthday party at Ponderosa? Any requirements for a permit to reserve space? Is BBQ permitted?

I did a few years ago, tables were first come first serve. I don't think there are BBQ pits on site.
