I ordered from here twice and had terrible experiences both times. The first time, the order was three hours later than it was supposed to. The guy who answered my phone calls (I called multiple times) deeply apologized, explained that he had issues with an employee, and eventually it was delivered. I am barely in the area, so not like I would order from here often. The second time, I ordered through the app and had my delivery marked as delivered. Nothing came. I proceeded to call, and was hung up on multiple times. Now I am spam calling until I get a person, and already reported to corporate through multiple avenues and plan to stop payment on the card that I used.

I ordered my pizza, wings and bread, around 11:50pm. I called to check on my order because I noticed the dominos tracker was not moving. I kindly said “im calling to check on my order”, she said “we closed”& she hung up on me. No clarity or insight on anything, she just hung up.

Store Closed! Placed order online, upon arrival to pick up there was a line of people waiting outside for their orders. Store was closed but still took everyone's order online. Phone calls not answered. One of the customers called the police. Once the cops arrived a young man opened the store and siad he just got there with a list of orders waiting. Don't know how he filled all those orders by himself. I canceled my order and went to the Westfield store.

I wish there was a negative review star. Pizza took almost 2 hours to deliver. The app on my phone stated the order was delivered after an hour and order was completed. Tried calling the place phone just rang. Pizza crust was half the size of Pizza and cheese wouldn't even melt after microwaving. Never again

Domino's offers a gluten free pizza. Currently, it is only available in a small size to help better accommodate for a single person. Domino's® pizza made with a Gluten Free Crust is prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. Therefore, Domino's® DOES NOT recommend this pizza for customers with celiac disease.
