They will absolutely try to ROB you I have a recall and an extended engine warranty for a faulty engine and the service desk will make you pay for them to find out what's wrong and fix it! A different Hyundai Dealership is going to do it all for FREE because it should be COVERED! But that's what I get for attempting to go to the LOWEST rated Hyundai Dealership in New Hampshire! P.S. the Service desk gentleman is very rude and it almost seems like they'd rather scare you out of there so they don't have to do the work I DO NOT RECOMMENDED EVER GOING HERE

Bought a 2016 Hyundai Accent, and about 4 months I began seeing why I was able to get such a good deal. Both of my headlights went out, and then my blinkers stopped working, and then my speedometer went out. Before purchasing I tried to get a warrantee but since it was “so new” they didn’t want to offer me one. I went to go the issues with my car resolved where I was eventually told by the mechanic that WORKS FOR HYUNDAI that I needed a whole new assembly to fix my blinker. I then went to Lowell and got it diagnosed by someone else who said it’s a computer malfunction that Hyundai doesn’t cover. Not only was I sold a car with many lingering issues that they wont cover, but the dealer mechanic gave me a false diagnosis. They will not have any further business from me in the future.
