Went a few months back and they failed at offering even what is on their board of services offered. Received a telephone call from the owner with apologies and a $30 coupon for my next wash. Used the coupon not 20 minutes ago and the guys did a better job…. Until I pulled away and noticed that the car wash machine had broken the mount that my antenna is connected to. Never again will I go to this place. Is it Autobell’s responsibility or mine to take off the antenna since we are advised not to get out of the vehicle. Disappointed is an understatement!!!!

This review is written prior to the finish of service. 1. I was recommended Autobell as one of the best in the area. When I drove up it didn’t feel that way. The person at the start where you inform of all the things you want; was way more interested in his phone than the customers… for at least 2 customers. He was guiding people into the wash while txting….. That really doesn’t sit well from a safety or customer service perspective. 2. He was so busy that he didn’t mention my mirrors might need to be but in the back position. I read all the details when coming into the wash and it only said to put motorized mirrors back… mine got flopped around in the wash, 3. I drove up to get the rest of the service and non of the attendants created or gave direction and I obviously looked a little lost as it was first time at the bell…. If I hit autobell up again, it will not be this one unless something changes.

This is the 2nd time I went to Auto Bell and I was really pleased with the service and attention to detail on my car. I did the most expensive wash, wax, tires, Armor All, and interior cleaning. The 2 guys worked on my car for a solid 10+ mins to get my car clean. I have been satisfied both times I have gone to them.

Payed 42.69 to have my wipers destroyed, when I showed the manager he said I couldn't prove they did it and couldn't do anything. So I had to pay another 30.00 for new wipers. Will never use autobell again.

Yea, but I'd choose another Autobell or carwash all together....this one doesn't seem to care about customer satisfication & quality service.... Last Oct the carwash chopped my valve stems off, giving me 2 flats, my vehicle stuck on jacks in their parking lot overnight, ruined TPMS sensors, & an $190 repair estimate.. I filed a claim, but the manager tried to weasel out of it by saying my tires could have been flat when I went in the wash and I was told to call a 1-800 number, which told me to call another person who did say they'd pay but never sent the check, who then referred me to the store manager, excetera. I know it doesn't sound like much, but I'm very disappointed with this company now- giving me the run around for nearly a year & their refusal to take responsibility have created a tedious, frustrating journey....all for a $6 wash!!!
