They're okay if you need an oil change, or headlight replaced. They're okay if you need your engine cleaned. But they quoted me $6k (over half the entire cost of my 2016 car) for a $1500 repair. They will take advantage of people they think dont know any better. Just be careful.

Really pleased with the service from these guys! I called them up and got an appointment the next day, took my car in expecting an estimate, and these men repaired my exhaust on the spot in 15 minutes...not to mention their fair pricing!!! Also, they have a 10% discount for Duke students and affiliates!!

If the actions of the individual driving the company’s car in Florida on Thanksgiving are any indication of the courtesy and professionalism of the business, then there is no way I would ever trust this company with my vehicle. Swerving in and out of traffic with no turn signal, brake checking people and flipping off anyone who “dared” look at them due to their actions, hopefully the FHP caught up to them after the actions were reported.

They do, theres a black box with envelopes in there next to the door, write name and number and issues on it. And then there's a little area on bottom right of the door to drop the envelopes with keys inside so they are secure.
No. But they do have a loaner car if you can get the car to the garage
You will have to call them to find out that information. Some shops do, but they don't guarantee anything.
