The lack of supplies is leading me to no longer use the mobile app & consider trying STARBUCKS . I've called on several times to advise that when I use the mobile ordering I proceed to go for my drink and they seem out of my requested sweetener. Stuck to get something I really don't want and only way to get my refund is to call the customer service #.

Ordered 3 cups and all 3 were wrong. How you ask? We ordered 3 black coffees and all 3 were made with creamer and sugar. To make matters worse they wouldn’t remake it.

Do not recommend. 4pm on Thursday. Shelves are 3/4 empty. I asked when they will have fresh donuts and answer was in 2 hours. I got old-fashioneds and they were stale.

Have to share about my latest visit. I realize that when you order nowadays through the app, they don't make it right away. They will make you wait. They will take care of people that come inside first. And I have seen this done in another DD locations. Its getting bad now. I used to love this location, not anymore.
