The ice coffee and food are very expensive for example the smallest ice coffee cup is like 4 to 5 dollar, when I can make that at home or get that at a deli for $2.

Had me waiting 15 min for preordered food. One of my orders was ready & they didn't know. No one was paying attention or even acknowledging that I was still waiting after all that time. Terrible service! 0 stars for service!

Gets the job done. Better than Starbucks overpriced coffee by far, but this location has variable service. Depending on who you get the service and drinks could be slightly off especially since it’s very high traffic.

They were short-staffed as it is the case around the nation now. But the young lady was very nice and courteous. Repeated my order to make sure she got it right.
