They messed up my order and did not give me all of the items that I did ordered. I waited 25 minutes for them to fix the order. They still couldn’t get it right. Now they’re taking forever to give me a refund.

I was there today in the morning and there is a south asian man who was picking his nose, dirty fingernails, and then touching my food🤢🤮 THATS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I will find out his name because someone like that SHOULD not be handling peoples food.

They always look so frazzled and overworked. There is this one young young who I believe when he started worked was so kind and friendly, now poor kid looks so tired. There are a few other girls who are very nice as well-friendly service. Sometimes I get mistakes on my orders but that's fine. I'm VERY patient. The bagels when I ask for dark toasted it is barely toasted and always rubbery. The worst part is there is a man who works there with dirty fingernails🤢🤮 clean your nails.

The food is standard, service is friendly. I ran to Dunkin before work the drive thru was slow and I dont go to this location often because the driveway is hazardous to my cars health and its been that way for years.... Please...Repair... and Repave the drive-thru
