I travel around brooklyn for my job. This is one of the better busy Dunkin Donuts I've been in. Same donuts and coffee as other DD's but the service is better at this one. I love it when asked if I want the usual. Thanks Isaiah.

This is by far among the weaker of the Dunkin’s nearby. Cold brew is wack and caramel sauce is funky. The wake-up wraps always come without cheese - would not recommend :-/

I was in on Saturday. September 4th at 7 pm. The guy on duty was horrible. He locked the door early and people were trying to enter and he wouldn't let them in. Then when I decided to leave he comes to unlock the door. I am in a wheelchair he unlocks the door swings it open so it comes back and smashes into me then never apologized. Your store is not at all helpful to anyone with a disability . It seems they always put the bag or coffee just far enough out of reach that you have to stretch so far your practically falling out of the chair or the next person in line has to help.
