My boyfriend and I are usually regulars here 1-2 a week). We enjoyed coming But the past three times we went, it progressively got worse. First the food was disappointing. We got our usual bbq bacon flatbread and it did not hit the same. Next we got salmon but it looked like it came out of a package. Tonight we went and got no service after the initial waitress clocked out. She told us that she would get another waitress for us right away. (Our first waitress was great) l. And from about 8- 9:30 we were waiting for someone to come take our order. It was a Tuesday night and it wasn’t that busy. We would be more understanding if it was packed but we watched the two servers working that night walk past us and continually served other tables and the casino, including the table next to us who just came in and got their food order before us. No one came and approached us, or asked us if we needed anything.

Horrible experience. After waiting to play pool for hours on end, getting eyes being rolled on as if we were there to cause more problems than to have a good time by the lady at the front desk, and just folks reserving table but not even playing while others wait and wait. I came with my friends to have a good fun night and left disappointed, eyes rolled and completely and utterly felt like thrown out the door. Sorry but the owners need to look at who they are employing and how the reservation system is working. It would be great if everyone got equal chances and more friendlier staff with good customer service would be great. Just my two cents.

Clean and lively. But this place is a casino & they desire your money, there’s not any two ways about it. Regulars keep them afloat financially, & wisely they cater to them. Don’t expect any consideration if you get on the wrongs with one of their regulars, tho. Most of the floor personnel are worldly, tempered, & know how to deal with and manage themselves with people. But there is one inexperienced who seems to feel the need to create a safe space for himself where there’s no banter or lively, fun tables. Kind of a chubby mama’s boy who wears a sad mug. Don’t let that deter you, just recognize & be forewarned.

This is a sweet place to play games! There are lots of pool tables to play on, but be advised that it is pay by the hour play. There's at least one table of pretty much any card game you want to play and many roulette wheels. The bar area is large and the private rooms have a super up-scale library feel. Cool venue!
