I called on Sunday for a dip manicure. I was told Jennifer was available. When I got there she had just started a gel manicure. My nails were placed in a bag a acetone for nearly 45 minutes while she finished her client. She then began my nails and about 10 minutes in she was asked to finished another client that another tech didn’t know how to do. I was left sitting there for 20 minutes while she finished that client. She came back to me and apologized, I explained this is the third that I’ve had an issue there. Previously I had a pedicure that I was left half through for the same reason. Another time I had 3 different techs complete a dip manicure that came terrible. For these reasons I will never go back.

Do a good job, however, it was an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere for a few reasons: -Pushy for cash payment/tip despite asking what payment forms are accepted before the service. -Techs blatently gossiping/laughing cross tables about another approaching customer. -Drills may not be cleaned properly/swapped out for new tips for new clients. I won't be going back, not because of the quality of work but for the "elephant in the room" level of discourtesy. It's not the conversations that are the issue. Service industry people know that it passes the time to make light of customers. Body language and gestures are universally understood. The cheeky vibe, overall, did not equate to a quality experience.

They were rude I did not like my nails they were too thick asked for thin French she just added a gem and called it a day just so she can jip me out of money she cut my cuticles witch is also illegal in the state of Massachusetts I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone and if you can’t tell by my picture I now have fungas and could possibly loose my nail I’m going to call corporate!!!!

Do not go here. The Owner( i presumed because her eyes were never on my nails) was blabbering to 20 different people and filed my natural nails down on Top so much more then half broke. I usually cut my nails 2 time a year April and October. I'm pretty upset. This is the first nail salon that I've been to that Doesn't give a hand massage. Save your nails and go somewhere, anywhere else. Your Welcome

No they take walk ins but wouldn't be a bad idea to make an appointment ahead of time due to covid.
