I ordered the 90th birthday cake for my grandmother's surprised party and they did not disappoint. Everyone was some where did I get the cake, it was so moist and tasty! The decor of roses at the corners and the writing accent in gold was just exquisite! If you need a cake you want to call gingersnap bakery!

I keep debating if i should leave this review or not. So i will. I am extremely disappointed with this bakery. The taste was EXCELLENT, but for visual sense: would not recommend for a wedding. For roughly $800 i got bare minimum. The cupcake tower was sparse, zero collaboration on how to spruce it up. No info on how high the cupcake tower would be. My cake ended a pile of mush on the table. Zero instructions on what flavors would ve one what level, so no one knew what they were getting. My cake topper was not put in correctly, and that was very important to me, as it was custom made.

Small variety available for walk-ins traffic. Recommend to order at least a week ahead of time. They can do pretty much anything you can imagine, always willing to collaborate ideas with you to make to perfect cake or dessert for any occasion! Plus they offer free wedding consultations!
