Slow customer service. They never get the order right it doesn’t matter what time of the day you go there. Even when u ask them to check the order they tell u it’s correct and u still get stuff wrong they up charge things they shouldn’t and I always have something missing from my order and staff is very rude.

Waited in drive-thru for 20 minutes. Didn't even get my drink order correct. Couldn't go back to correct it due to just passing through that town on the way back home to pennsylvania.

It's typical McDonald's food. The drive through could be faster. And a lot of there food is getting expensive. If I have the time I would rather eat at sit down restaurants. It's about the same price and tast better.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered quarter pounders since there was a deal. Once home saw they were basically raw burgers. Maybe I can understand a tad pink, but raw?! It was too late and too far to drive back with the raw burgers and get new ones, and even with a deal they weren't cheap! I tried to call and got a fax machine sound.
