Fantastic from start to finish. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, and it’s obvious they’re there because they love animals. Dr. Brady was amazing, very communicative and caring, he definitely puts everything into his work. My wife and I have been patrons here for years, Dr. Butzer is incredible, as is his staff!

We aren’t patients here, but I still have a wonderful review for them. My cat had an appointment to be put to sleep at our (different) vet after struggling with cancer. A few hours before that appt, he started seizing and panting, very obviously dying/suffering. We started to drive him to our vet but realized we needed to go to the closest place, risking whether or not they’d accept us. When I walked in and stepped in front of a line of people waiting at the desk, and said we have an emergency, please help him, he’s dying - less than 5 seconds later somebody had whisked my cat’s carrying case away, somebody else assured me I’d hear from them soon, yet another person summoned me to a quiet corner and very sympathetically asked me for our personal info, etc., Somebody else came out shortly after, to offer me very well-explained but brief choices. Then, the people involved with the actual procedure were even more incredible, bringing a box of tissues, offering as much time as needed, so lovely overall. Essentially, every person there was the ideal person who you’d want to help you, in this circumstance!! Then, I got a handwritten card from them a few days later, it was long and didn’t look rushed, something so sweet. Again, we aren’t even patients (for a few unrelated reasons), and we got THIS level of care. Such a phenomenal practice.

I usually like how they care for my dog here. And while it's been a while since she stayed here. I just picked her up for boarding like this. I mean her paw is literally covered in blood still and you can clearly tell they made a TERRIBLE job with her grooming. This has never happened before but I did noticed A LOT of staff change, so maybe that has something to deal with this. I'm so angry right now. I might never bring her here ever again.
