They might need a bit more help on the floor, but these are basically very good people providing a much needed service to a deserving community. They need your support!

We walked in at 5:45pm. We knew exactly what we were looking for, weren’t planning on being there for long as we knew they close at 6pm. They never saw us walk in, but we were already in the store and the cashier yelled to their coworker to lock the door. At 5:50 they were announcing they are closing soon and we should gather our last items. Not even a minute later, they yelled “vamanos!” and started sounding a siren to get us out. We paid and were out by 5:54pm. It’s extremely rude towards your customers. If you are advertised to close at 6pm, you should stay open until 6pm.

This place doesn’t even Deserve one star. Way over priced. I mean $25 for a shirt… i can go to the retail store and buy it brand new. When I first walked in I was browsing the racks and One of the “workers” said you need to move you’re in the way. I’m sorry but I’m here to shop and you’re here to work. I left immediately I will never come back to a more disgusting place

It's a decent thrift store. I've been here a few times and never had a problem until yesterday. I'd advise anyone to leave 15 mins before closing unless you want to be locked in. They locked the doors to prevent anyone else from coming in (I didn't know they locked the doors at that time), and about 10 mins to close I was ready to leave. I didn't have anything to buy so I head for the door. An employee unlocked and opened the door to speak to someone donating items. While she held the door open, I said "Excuse me, can I leave?". She said wait, then closed the door and locked it, and walked away. A few minutes later, she came back to open the door for the same person donating more things. I was still waiting by the door to leave. She then told me it's ok to go and let me go. That was bizarre. There was no reason to lock me in and not let me leave when I asked. She was literally holding the door open when I asked her. She didn't even explain her reasoning for not letting me leave. This turned out longer than expected and it might be small but again, there was no need for that.
