As a client of Bloomingdale's for over 30 years, with not only an excellent credit history, never late with a payment and no balances: imagine my surprise when I found out through my credit history that bloomingdales closed my account. No notice or letter of explanation. Why??? with the covid I had not used my credit card for quite a long time. So without bothering to get in touch with me by mail or explain the rules of the card: they canceled it. Shows what loyalty and a great payment history gets you today with Bloomingdales. Shame on them

I called trying to get a hold of the Nespresso counter. Somehow ended up speaking with Hoda in the woman’s jewelry. So went completely out of her way and walked over to the Nespresso counter and got my questions. It’s the little things in life. She was so accommodating and genuinely sweet. I honestly hate Boca, and she changed my feelings! Thanks Hoda!!

Got in, got out for a pickup order but why is the parking lot overhang to the store not quite all the way to the store? (You will get wet in the rain). Also, couldn't see any signage directing a customer for Customer Pickup so parked at wrong entrance and had a very short, pleasant walk in the store. Would've been nicer if they offered some carry-out assistance for a large item, but they said they did not. Some of us miss Bloomingdale's down south at The Falls in Miami!
