I have used this laundromat for many years but recently, the place has gone downhill. It seems like there's no one there to clean the machines and place (overnight) and as a result, the tops of the machines are filthy and full of detergent spills, the floors are also covered in the same mess. The detergent slots in the machines are usually clogged and loaded with all sorts of messes and many times the fabric softener won't dispense because that slot is also clogged! The laundress who works there early in the morning uses too much detergent that the suds from her machines backs up into every other machine creating a very unsanitary mess. It leaves a lot of the machines unusable.

So I dropped of my laundry yesterday very early in the morning, I’ve called many times and now I have to go see if they even did it properly. Day 2 , 2 fulls days. Definitely will not be coming back.

We recently moved to the area, but have been using this establishment for awhile while we lived in Bergen county before. I was always pleased with the service, but not so much recently. I’ve noticed that a lot of machines are out of service and NEVER seemed to get fixed. It seems that the management is neglecting the everyday operations to keep the place running smoothly. I might be looking for another place to do my laundry in the future.

Nice staff, but once the owner decides he doesn't want to wash certain laundry, time to find another place. Carchi laundry it is!Bert, Im sorry about this situation.
