This place needs help. Lol. I thought it was just the customer service in the Printing services department that was lacking, but it looks like the case for the store. I purchased something the other day and the price they scanned was higher than what was posted so I mentioned it. The manager (not even a cashier, but the manager) was like “ok” and gave me the price I mentioned with a shrug. It was clear that he did not care to work there lol. And seeing as how the line for checkout was getting long and none of the managers standing around seemed to bothered by it, this seems like the culture of the place, not one person’s attitude about it.

Went here last night to buy a new office chair and when we assembled it it had no arms because whoever returned it forgot to return them. We went back today thanks to speaking to someone on the phone and were greeted and assisted by the general manager who was SO kind and helpful! He solved our problem and was so pleasant, also the associate who helped us carry the chair the night before was so kind as well!!! Amazing staff, clean place, highly recommend this Staples. Thank you Daryl!

This store is amazing!!! All employees are ready and waiting to help you with all your needs. The print shop is filled with highly experienced employees who help with all your printing and shipping needs. Daevonna the print shop manager and Michelle an employee in the print/ship department were so helpful. I highly recommend this Staples location for all your needs
