Tried ordering Sunday June 12th, placed my order and it was made in 20 minutes, that’s fine I guess, then it sat in quality check for half an hour, So now we’re 50 minutes in, called and asked what was happening and they said they’re short staffed and only have one driver, one cook and one phone and the driver should be back soon, 10 minutes later it’s on the road, we figure fine, it’ll be here soon, 25 minutes goes by and we check, it says it’s five minutes away, 15 minutes goes by and the timer goes up another half an hour, called back and cancelled the order . DO NOT ORDER HERE! This is the service everyday, they’re one of the biggest pizza chains and can’t afford to hire enough staff because they’re greedy. This was my third strike for them. ORDER LOCAL, i’m ashamed at myself for ordering from a dominos when being in hackensack but it seemed convenient. WRONG

Not like my review will make a difference. Just look at all the other ones. Dominos can usually be pretty good. But this location....just close it. owner and/or managers should just go pump gas for a living. Will be a better use to the Hackensack neighborhood. Unbelievably disgusting food AND service.

We were ready to have dinner. But the problem was we got pasta sauce, with no pasta nor sausage for our Italian Sausage Marinara. There goes dinner lol. But seriously, today there was one person doing a lot of orders. I don’t blame the worker because she was overloaded with doing pizzas with a big line at the store. The company should get more workers or they are going to lose customers like me!

Awful customer service and the food is even worse. I picked up so I wouldn’t have to wait the usual 2 hour delivery and the pizza was still cold like it wasn’t even fully cooked. Also the “garlic parmesan” wings were just wings drizzled with the most unappetizing sauce ever. Save yourselves, DO NOT ORDER. Go the extra 5-10 min to go to another branch or even Pizza Hut.
