Best pizza shop in Beverly. We have ordered from here for over a year. I love their buffalo wings, tenders and fried seafood. My children love the chicken or shrimp ziti with broccoli. My fiance loves their subs and calizones. They have amazing deals and I'm so grateful for the manager Joseph for helping me out with a good deal last minute. They made 12 boxes of pizza for my son's birthday today and for the football team. Thank you so much.

I got a Buffalo chicken wrap that is barely edible. The wrap is soaked in sauce and the tortilla wasn’t even wrapped with soggy ends that look stale. When I realized it was such a mess it couldn’t even be re-wrapped by myself I picked it up and tried eating & it all sloshed and fell all over my plate. Came on here to give a neutral review until I saw the other comments about the re heated food and I couldn’t even finish the wrap (that I was eating with a fork at this point.) Definitely explains the condition of the wrap and I’m just so disappointed and hungry still. I’m repulsed.

Very disappointed in Beverly house of pizza. My wife and I order from them at least 3 times a week. We always order a pizza same thing. Well last night we ordered our pizza and it tasted like a re-heated pizza. I grew up my whole life in pizza shops that my mother use to own. I know when pizza is old and re-heated. Usually there is plenty of sauce and plenty of cheese on their pizza. Well last night it was burnt cheese , the cheese usually runs, this time the cheese wouldn’t move. The crust had that layer or re-heat card board taste. What I’m most upset about is they know we are loyal customers we NEVER complain but last night we had to. My wife calls and they are usually have great customer service but she spoke to someone last night who always takes our order and he just kept saying it was not re-heated. We wouldn’t be calling just for the hell of it !! We never complain unless it is needed. He should of apologized and asked us if we would like a new pie or offered money off next time we ordered. He did none of that. My wife was like maybe he’ll send one without saying anything. An hour goes by and nothing. Myself being a business owner I would never let a customer go un satisfied, especially repeat customers who order multiple times a week. I am more upset on how this situation was handled over the re-heated pizza. If a customer is not happy you make them happy. I will drive to Salem to my other pizza place that my family owns Georgia’s because they won’t let you go un-happy never mind give you an old pie. Maybe I will order again where this is the only bad experience but why give someone my money and service when now I definitely feel like they don’t care about their customers. Very very unhappy about this.
