Both of my dogs were groomed there last week...an ok job, except one was nicked by the razor,or whatever and had a problem because of that. I was not told about the problem. Upon checking out, Heather was too busy to book another appointment which I requested...actually glad she didn’t...she said she would call, BUT DIDN'T....back to Countyside...same price, better service and very caring and professional...totally not recommended.

I don't know what goes on there behind the counter but my pups just love it there. The haircuts look great and professional. Staff is incredibly friendly even when dealing with a clueless pet "Dad" like me. Quick service and called to let me know time to pick up.

Today, was the first time I went to Heather’s Bark Avenue Pet Spa. I was greeted, by Heather the owner, who was professional and very friendly, along with her staff members, that I had the pleasure to meet. I’m sure like most parents of pets, they’re part of our family. After, meeting and speaking with Heather and staff, I felt more secure, leaving my Hailey with them... They are friendly and knowledgeable about the care and maintenance of your dog. The dogs are not crated unless they must be. They treat the dogs nicely. My dog always seems to be happy when she's there. I have a rough coat collie and they do a wonderful job on her. She comes home clean and fresh. They also blow off all the loose fur so that it doesn't get all over my car and furniture at home.
