This clinic is sub par. Veterans killing themselves in the parking lot and the mental health department is a complete joke. Dr Grace is a certified quack and will personally try to ruin your life at the expense of his own career. Be advised if you run into this individual

This Clinic is below standard. I took my husband for Labs. They expect family to stay outside in 100° weather. This is not how you treat Veterans and their families. At least at the VA hospital you are welcome inside as long as you wear a mask.. Then their computers were down again, so my husband rescheduled. They really do need to get their act together. We'll be going the long journey to the VA hospital from now on.

Was told I can get my VA ID card today and the guy that told me wasn't even there, so now I have to go back. Also never received any info for my virtual appointment with my doctor. Also was hassled at the entrance for wearing a gaitor instead of a mask. Just one big annoying visit after another.

After my last appointment there I was told there would be two years before I needed to come back for another blood and lab test. now they're saying that I was just not in the system or I was but I was not assigned a primary care physician. Apparent I never had one even before my last appointment two years ago. During the call nothing regarding my service related conditions was mentioned. That was theainnreaspn I called before. Mark the phone rep that called me was pushing to set me up an appointment. He was too pushy, rude and apparently had no understanding of vets on any level. My local civilian doctor through Medicaid which offers better coverage and it's free is more reliable anyway. This VA clinic is a joke.

Are you questioning time on Hearing Or music Jam ?
No they do not have audiology there and you must have an appointment to go in. Call your dr for an appointment or referral.

Not at the Lecanto clinic. Prescriptions for the physicians at that facility get filled in Tampa
Yes, then you just need to give the VA a copy of you immunization records so that they can add it to your VA records.
Not for sure but, I do not think so.
NO
No there isn't. It's too bad we aren't getting the VA hospital they'd planned to build down 491 across from the post office now. That would have been great !
Yes

I don't know. I am not an employee of the VA. I perform there musically 1 day a week. Sorry I can't answer your question. I would try calling them.
