Last month I did not water my grass almost nothing. It was raining all month. When I was watering,it was strictly on my watering days. How ever,I've got a bill for 350$. It's a rip off. Why is that Crystal River and Inverness are not under that restriction, aren't we all connected to that underground water pool? Disgusting. I can see the city sprinklers going on while raining. No one is conserving water there?! When i sent letter to theyr boss,he didn't even answer. Just ignored it. They think, they own the water. Absolutely crazy.

Lousy overpriced water, the worst I’ve ever tasted. They’re a bunch of crooks. For the price they charge, the water should at least smell decent, as well as laced with gold. The smell alone is nauseating, never mind the taste. Their prices are exorbitant, other water companies don’t come close to what these crooks are charging and their water is at least drinkable

on or about Aug 2017 my water meter had malfunctioned, it was unknown to me at first that a much larger amount of water had been metering through. then there was a huge jump for several days, approx. 10 gallons per hour,turned into 3000 gallons! being that there are 2 people in the home and nothing flooded my house or yard I could not fathom this amount of water use. There is no pool, jacuzzi, , all new plumbing, no leaks. then all of a sudden it dropped back to normal, I contracted the CCU regarding this, the response was that it couldn't happen and if I wanted to prove it then there was a fee to have it tested, its their meter! Obvious to me it happens enough that they have a procedure to make the customer pay more. My only guess is that Christmas is coming and they don't get enough public money!Kinda feeling Shafted! anyway I wanted to share in case anyone else is getting the screws and just don't want to speak up!
