Ordered online for delivery the pizza was overcooked and luke warm the fish was over cooked the batter rock hard and the fish was dry the fries were soggy and cold the chicken wings were cold and the hot sauce from one portion of the chicken was spilt all over not an edible fish fry at all the food wasn't nice after spending 85 dollars very disappointed and when we rang to tell them we didn't even get a sorry just an offer of 15 dollars of our next order wouldn't pay for a fish meal

This was one of my first orders from this location Lake Ave...I usually got mine from Scottsville...I ordered a large pizza a calzoe and wings and it was aweful..the wings were mush, didn't taste fresh, the pizza was flavorless w very little sauce, and the calzone had 5 tiny square pieces of eggplant ...and again was flavorless.. for $68 I expected better....Not happy

Bad food. Rotten lettuce in salad. Pizza is smaller than what is stated on the menu. Crust was hard and stale. Place was filthy too when I picked up the order

I have been ordering religiously from Salvatore‘s for the past 10 years always get a store combo large pizza 10 wings they have now since remove those from the online ordering system I can prove screenshots of the hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars that I have spent and also have been rewarded with their perk points I just did the math and it would be almost $50 now to order a large pizza and 10 wings this is absolutely unacceptable you have lost a loyal customer and it’s a shame because your pizza is the best. Please reconsider.😞👎🏼 I will change review if this policy changes.
