Karp Kia is probably the biggest ripoff of all dealerships. Kia Sportage 2020 while under warranty experienced the following issue: While driving all the lights on dash came on and car shut off. Trouble restarting. Made appointment with service to have it checked out. Shocked to hear the condition to check out issue by Sean in service which was if not an item covered by warranty or they could not locate the problem I would be required to pay a $229 diagnostic fee. First of all what could possibly be wrong not covered by the warranty. Secondly if they couldn't find the problem I would have to pay the $229 fee. Assuming i paid this extortion and nothing was found and the same problem occurs I would keep having to pay $228. I called Kia USA and was advised that fee is not a KIA policy but a Karp policy. I called Daniel Karp the owner and left a message regarding my frustration of this policy but never received a callback. We've leased 3 vehicles from Karp. There most definitely will not be a fourth. I can't imagine this policy being legal.

Worst car dealership ever. Lack of professionalism and good etiquette. They will ask you to pay 4-5K above the sticker price. Be aware!

I worked with Tom Cali and he was fantastic! We communicated over the phone regarding the inventory and I said I would be visiting the dealership later in the day. He asked for my contact information to let me know if the inventory changed before my visit. He was patient with us as we shopped, traded-in and finally decided to buy our vehicle! Stellar service!

Everyone is wearing a mask there is hand sanitizer everywhere and they disinfect desk and cars after every customer
Maybe not for 2012 model specifically. But I'm sure they sell rims that fit your car. They usually keep sock of accessories for recent models.
They would need to run diagnostic check to see wat components are the issue or just the issue in general..karp Kia prices are very reasonable
