Thank you. We live 2 hours away from this facility, but will take our meat no where else. We raise organic meat and was so happy to hear that the processing of our meat would be kept that way. The people are so helpful and kind. The meat is fantastic, always answered every question we had and explained the entire process with enthusiasm. They care about your experience. Grossly over priced. Use to paying $150 for a deer, but this place is 4x that. We will give them this, the packaging was excellent. Whatever “fat” they used to mix in with our deer meat is extremely waxy (like paraffin wax). When we cook the meat we have to wash and rinse it (3 times) before it’s good enough to eat.

Outstanding service, with a friendly smile. Very impressed! Bought a hog for my family, Had a tiny glitch with the spare ribs and I would not have even noticed. They explained that they accidentally ground some and promptly gave me replacement spare ribs out of their inventory. Their concern for me as a customer definitely made me feel like a VIP! Great little operation they have there. I will be purchasing meat for my family there from now on.

Beth we normally say $1/lb on the live weight. A rough estimate on a 1/2 hog is $175 including smoked meat and sausage (all items are vacuumed sealed outside of the 5lb boxes of patties). You can customize your total depending on the different value added options you select (ie smoked meat, sausage, patties, brats).

Yes! It is the whole reason we are in business. I was a vegetarian for a number of years because of my own concerns. After research and careful consideration I decided meat from trustworthy farmers was an important part of the diet. So I have spent 18 years supporting other local farmers like ourselves. When we got into processing it was to make sure we continued the process as humanely and cleanly as possible while avoiding all the additives common in our foods. I know what is important to many of our customers as it is what kept me from eating meat from many years. Yes we do process all types of breeds including American Guinea, Mangalitsa, and other Heritage Breeds.
