Do not bring inflatables here!! It was rocky and shallow at many points. Two “rapid” spots. But the rental was easy and it was still a fun floating experience. Just be ready to have to get out of the canoe at some point for sure. Also there are good spots to stop and get out to drink or swim. Since it’s the only thing in this area it was worth it.

Second trip, recommended a very close friend to join us on this adventure “supposedly fun experience” but today was a total disaster. We rented 3kayak and one canoe two of them were leaking, we had to stop in the middle and dump the leaking kayak 4 times, we were so tired of it and hoping to get to dock. I don’t blame the low water for which it cause sticking and need some effort to go on, but with leaking kayak plus getting stuck it’s not a adventure it’s torture. *After docking & informing the management they had a grin and said ohh yeah we know as they pointed they receive earlier complaints prior to our arrival. I was surprised we were not the only one with this Issue they had about a pile with 6-7 that leaked. No customer service and they don’t really care either? Maybe because they are the only one close by?. It’s ridiculous they don’t deserve customer appreciation stay away from this place.

We love canoeing the wildcat. It’s pretty and we always see eagles, turtles and hawks. And the clear water lets you view large fish. The livery people are friendly and knowledgeable. We have been to fancier liveries but this is positively just fine!
