Cashier very pleasant and polite. She was ringing me up and went to help my friend who was with me to get plastic bag for car seat, then finished ringing me up. We were making sure she rang everything up, and she added a extra 12.99 to my order and had to get refund. No big deal, she was apologetic, I said it wasn't her fault, my friend interrupted us, and I did have a big order of succulents. It was a pleasant experience. And all your help had masks on along with myself, and I felt comfortable, knowing how this pandemic has taken its toll on people with attitudes of it's my right not to wear a mask. Thanks

It was short staffed today but I managed to get nice people to help me which rarely happens at this store. The garden department you can't find a person to help. But very nice selection of plants and flowers.

I just had a wonderful experience at the Crystal River Home Depot that I wish to share. Most people are quick to complain about store employees, but I wish to compliment two very helpful and courteous individuals that work in the lawn/garden area of the store. Thanks for your kindness and care....Deb B. and LaMar. Shopping there was such a pleasure! Sincerely, Janie H. 9/14/17 Just had another positive experience at this store today with the head cashier, Terri, and the assistant manager, Mike. Both were extremely accommodating and courteous! As a frequent customer, I appreciate their attentiveness and understanding! Thanks so much, Janie H.

Just left Home Depot in Crystal River about an hour ago. First of all, received very good service from several employees throughout the store - from lumber to the garden area. But, trying to leave is a completely different story. While my husband was checking out I brought the car to the porte-cochere. There was an elderly gentleman in front of me in a big Lincoln Town Car offloading a giant box to return. I pulled behind him, got out of my car and opened my trunk. While I was waiting, an employee came to me and asked me something along the lines of "what are you doing here". I told him that my husband was checking out and I was waiting on him. I then asked him if he had a problem with my car being there. He replied no, but that he needed to keep the traffic moving along. Finally, my husband came out - he was delayed because the plywood was marked with an incorrect price and he had to wait on that. Once we started loading the car with our over $100 in purchases, the same employee came back, peeked at our items, then mumbled something about not needing a flag. Never one time did he ask us if he could help us. There is always an issue in that store. From the employees that scatter when you make eye contact to the ones that outright ignore you. To mis-marked prices and now being hassled as you are trying to pull away with your purchases. The best part of this whole fiasco was the employee that was so intent on keeping traffic moving under the porte-cochere as we were pulling away was standing off to the side looking up at the sun. Management needs to remind their employees that in this economy there are a lot of people who are hardworking that want and need jobs. They need to weed out these rude, lazy employees and find the ones that will help the bottom line for their business.

Yes, HD has them. You might want to go to a local nursery for this. I have not had great luck with the plants I bought there. The nursery plants i bought are still thriving.
