This review is for Walgreens in general. Save a trip is still haunting us! I went online to refill a prescription today because they only filled a partial prescription 11 days ago because of Save a trip which we had discontinued. Now I'm supposed to wait until they contact the physician, it's Sunday, I have 1+ refills remaining for the medication and I need the prescription today. I realize bugs need to be worked out in a new system but when you cancel the system it should no longer be visible to the pharmacist (which is why she only refilled 11 tablets). Only one of many frustrations with Walgreens Pharmacy system.
