Fantastic little gem. The owner is a wonderful guy who's owned it over 45 years. There's a nice heated pool. This is a nice quiet, adult centered place (not a party or kiddo campground) and everyone was very very friendly and laid back. There is on site laundry, a shower house and an above average selection in the store of camping/rv accessories. Sites are a bit cramped in some areas but others are spacious, some of the aisles are tight so I recommend parking at the office and walking it first if you have a big rig (some were tight in our 31' fifth wheel).

What a gem hidden away in this little town in South Central Florida. It used to be a KOA years ago and is in fact still owned by the original owner. Being an old park it is expectedly dated, but the facilities are well kept and clean, and it's got a nice pool. It's a big Park and has several full-time residents as well as pull through spaces and back in spaces for overnighters. All of the sites have 30 and 50 amp hookup Water and Sewer, but no cable TV. It's a nice little park and we liked it, and we will return again as we have friends that live in the area not too far away. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and a rental car agency that's close enough to walk to from the park if you need to get a rental car. There's a Sam's Club and Walmart a few miles as well.

There are units available for sale when we stayed there seen several for sale while walking the dog,, trailers and fixed mobile home units both for sale,,, speak with Bob
Do you have any rentals need to move real soon.
I think that they sell used campers that either people have left behind or passed. You can call them. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. I have an older 5th wheel in the park that i'm either going to sell, or rent. When my wife passed i had to move it here. Fair warning! It went through 3 back to back hurricanes and needs some work that i couldn't do while 3 of us where living in it, but it would be an inexpensive home, in a great park for a handy person to fix up and retire in.
