Absolutely horrible! Dumb & lazy....BAD COMBO!!!! I made an order for delivery. It said it would be delivered that day. Few hours later.... restocked! I did the "chat with an agent", after 30 or so min I was assured the issue was fixed and all was set for delivery. An hour later... RESTOCKED again. So this time I called the 800#. Again 30 min later....all was fixed, supposedly. Restocked again! So I call...again. This time the agent says I need to go pick it up. So I do. I get there, not only is there a literal 3hr wait....but they deleted my order for a fourth time! The receptionist was crazy rude (I get it... obviously she was having a bad day). So I walked out. I decided to go to the Inverness location.... because I love to torture myself lol. But the Inverness location was AWESOME!!!!!! It was like night and day difference. I've been back to Inverness location again (yesterday) and again...... AWESOME!! STAY CLEAR OF THE CRYSTAL RIVER LOCATION!!!!

This is a pretty busy location but the staff seems to try and get everyone through as quickly as possible. Even with the wait time, it's still worth checking out (just plan accordingly!). Trulieve offers great products and usually have decent sales. They also offer discounts for veterans. The parking lot can be tricky during peak times so keep that in mind. There's not enough parking and you have to be extremely careful driving through. This review would be a 5 star if it weren't for the long wait times. Trulieve also has the best return policy. They truly want the patient to be happy with their products. Trulieve also has really fun grand openings if you are able to catch one. Lots of free swag and great times :)

This location needs extreme help and needs extreme reform. Every week has been a major issue from lack of care, wrong product, forgetting to call people from their cars. Even with a order 24 hours in advance I have a 70 minute wait. Checked in, doesn't matter they go by first come, first serve. Pre-ordering from them is a nightmare. This location needs an extreme reevaluation and may want to look at similar locations such as inverness or Brooksville where these problems are nonexistent. After calling the customer service line for 30 minutes asking about an order only for them to say" they are very backed up just go on in" when I say retraining of all staff should really be looked at as an option its not even a joke. 2 to 3 issues a month may not seem bad when I got 3 to 4 times. Customer service skill are all but non existent from how man upset people I see when I go in.

The wait at this store is always absolutely ridiculous. I've currently been waiting over an hour.... was told the wait was 25-30 minutes... still sitting. Good luck getting anything you actually ordered. Almost every time I do an online order, they tell me they don't have most of it in stock upon pick-up. Unfortunately this is the only dispensary in Crystal River. I can't wait until something else opens here. I dread coming to this store. The only saving grace is that the staff are mostly very friendly and try to get you the best discounts.

Yes at a smoke shop.
Either the quantity was higher or ask them when you are there. They sometimes like to raise prices higher than the pamphlet and think the customer will not notice. This you must do upon purchasing the product. Also you may have had a discount for being a favored customer or earned points or such so the discount was added at time of purchase. So size and sale and selection. All Matters.
