I think they're exaggerating with the savings. Every day less ice cream in the cups. It no longer overhangs the edge! $6+ that cup!!! I was yesterday, August 16, and the lady was not kind, she was in a hurry, she put a single flavor in the glass that did not go beyond the edge of it and immediately gave me the bill. A fraud and a robbery for so little ice cream. My 7 year old also wanted vanilla and was disappointed to only get ice cream. -1 star!!!

I never write bad reviews but I have to do it this time because I couldn't believe how rude the staff were. Here is for the owner to read and hope this can help with staff training. I was there on Sunday 4/3/22 around 6pm and wanted to order a cold brew. There were 2 workers (1 boy and 1 girl), they were just standing there talking to each other, no greetings nothing. There was also another customer in there waiting to be served ice cream. I stood at the counter for a minute and they still ignored me. I finally said something and then the boy came, he looked so annoyed and asked me "What's up?" with his chin up like he was mad at me. I asked for a cold brew, but he walked away and told the girl to come help me. The girl SLOWLY came, she was eating ice cream with the sample spoon still in her mouth. She looked at me like I was bothering her and asked "what do you want?".. I was shocked, is this how you serve your customers??? At that moment, I just wanted to leave without ordering anything. They both looked young but the shop has to be better at customer service. No customers should be treated this way!

Great place to get some gelato. The gelato is 70% less fat than regular ice cream, and they have a few dairy/fat-free sorbet options. I love the variety of flavors. I personally feel like the cone was a bit sugar-y, so I'd put my gelato/sorbet in a cup next time. They also had some great hot chocolate and coffee options, as well as some baked goods. They sell little cups of different toppings if you want to take them with you, which I haven't seen before. Definitely would come here again!

I usually don’t write reviews but honestly not the greatest experience here. I ordered the dairy free mint ice cream and got something completely different (the oatmeal cookie I believe which was too sweet in my opinion) but didn’t want to say anything because the counter employees were extremely rude prior to me ordering. When we walked in they were all having their own conversation which is fine but we weren’t greeted and they made it seem like our existence caused them pain. When we asked for their advice on flavors they rolled their eyes and just told us that I was “up to us”, obviously it’s our choice but maybe some friendly staff would be a better addition to this establishment.
