This is our third time I believe staying at this resort. It’s a must if traveling to the Treasure Island area. Although the rates can be a little pricey, booking as far in advance will save you money. Our rate for a 4 night stay was 2,300$ total, booked monthsss in advance. Had we of booked weeks before our departure, it would of almost doubled. Early booking comes with major benefits. This resort is clean, safe and secure. They offer drinks poolside and you can’t beat the resort like feel. I would think I was in the Bahamas if I didn’t know any better. The drinks could be stronger but I don’t expect more than what my money pays for. I can only wish! This resort is family friendly and we will be coming back for our yearly vacation for the foreseeable future. -Kayla Nelson

This place is a gem. All of the staff were very friendly. Ahmad, at the front desk, was especially helpful. He went above and beyond to make our first stay here pleasurable and memorable from check in to check out. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The place was clean. The decor is modern. The amenities are easily accessible and clean. The access to the beach is a lengthy walk compared to what I am accustomed to, but at the end of the walk is a beautiful, emerald ocean.

We did a girls trip here for a few days and it was incredible. Great service, extremely clean, and comfortable. The area is walkable with a lot to do so you don’t need a car. The weather was amazing at the end of April. Great beach, amazing sun, and they offered a yoga class on the beach which was very fun! Shoutout to Fitz Yoga! Stay here if you want to relax and have a great time in a beautiful place.

The facilities are beautiful. The staff are wonderful. The location is fabulous. One problem, the room was filthy. We stayed for 8 nights in a king beachfront suite. I reported the conditions (piles of dust above refrigerator, broken vase that cut me in bathroom, floors never swept or vacuumed, and don't even think of pulling out the sofa bed—you could live a week off the crumbs and food bits in there). The only response I ever got was "We will tell the cleaning crew. We will mention it to management." For ~$500 per night including a daily resort fee and an extra $100 per day to have our 15 lb dog with us we expected a clean room, but that was certainly not the case. I even provided pictures (attached to this review) of each concern after my stay only to receive the same response and no make good or attempt to keep me as a returning customer. This is Opal service? Stunned actually. I actually recommend you consider this resort for your stay, especially the king suites with wraparound, oceanfront balconies—which are truly breathtaking. Just be sure they tidy up or you'll be living with dust bunnies and other people's leftovers.

I believe all the rooms have a view of the beach, but some are a partial view. Hotel and beach are absolutely beautiful!
The Pearl is a very nice restaurant with friendly staff delicious food and nice ambiance/atmosphere.
No washers for personal use. However, if you do have a personal need I am sure the staff will help out.
Maybe 10-12 mins by car
1. Resort fee includes parking, bottled water, internet, pool towels, newspaper, turn down service and access to the fitness center. 2. There are chairs and umbrellas available for rent 3. There is a bar in site as well as poolside service.
I was just vacationing with my family there and the gentleman in the room next to us was wheelchair bound. I don't know if there were special accommodations, but I would imagine there would have been if he was able to stay there.
