Great company, I used them for years at my previous employer in Chestnut Hill, MA to recycle old computer equipment. I just used them at my new employer in Boston and they are still a great company. The people that come to pick up the recycleables are courteous and very hard working. Corporate is very good at keeping an open line of communication and meeting the needs of their customers. Would recommend to anyone especially in IT who needs recycling of old electronics.

My interaction with customer service was superb. The person I emailed in order to ask preliminary questions was extremely prompt in replying, as well as thoughtful, and proactive, in her response. A great experience.

Earthworm was a pleasure to work with. They assisted me with removing my clients old hardware (servers, printers, monitors, keyboards, etc.) They were fast, responsive, customer friendly, and professional. I most certainly will be using them for future projects. Thanks, Earthworm!

Earthworm personnel are wonderful. The entire experience has been amazingly easy. They respond almost immediately. So glad we use them. Highly recommend. Never had an issue with them. Reasonable rates.

No, sorry. You could try one of those Planet Aid donation bins (there are several, like one at the Mobil Gas station at the corner of Mass Ave and Alewife Brook Parkway, or at some DPW lots and schools).
Apologies, I don't have any affiliation with this company. Not sure how it associated me with it
Hi Alison, Yes we do! The fee to recycle those units can vary, so please give us a call to arrange a drop-off. Thanks!
Yes Some changes apply
Hi Tommy, yes we do! Feel free to call our office to schedule a time to drop off.
Hi Susan, unfortunately we do not, but if you have enough of them you can try mailing them to https://www.greendisk.com.
Hi Fenton, yes we do accept computers as well as most other small electronic devices.
Hi M, Are you referring to plastic bottle caps that would go on a plastic soda bottle? Or metal bottle caps that go on beer bottles? Unfortunately these are too small to be captured in the recycling process (they would just slip through cracks in the machinery). The rule of thumb is that anything smaller than a credit card is not worth trying to recycle. Sometimes you can get around this by putting small items within a larger item of the same material. But for plastic bottle caps you'd have to find a bottle of the same resin type of plastic to put them into...
Hi Wis, Yes, we do pick-ups of cardboard for businesses in the Boston area. If you are an individual looking to drop off cardboard somewhere, I would try Casella in Charlestown instead though.
Hi Alice, sorry, we do not recycle asphalt. You can try Save That Stuff and see if they do.
Hi Anne, no we do not accept latex and oil paint. You might try Triumvirate Environmental here in Somerville or Clean Harbors in Braintree. Your local Department of Public Works may also have options available.
